Our computer-controlled foam cutting system can accurately handle complex, curved, stepped, and detailed shapes. Even 1 off custom designed pieces can be produced economically.

This provides the ultimate in protection as contents is supported in all directions from shock or g-force. Convenient for multi-part contents where there is a place for everything - and everything goes back in its place.

We have a number of templates for popular equipment, but we can quickly and accurately design custom layouts for your contents. Just bring your proposed contents to our showrooms and we can recommend the optimal case size and quote you on a custom made foam solution.

For large runs of a particular type we use a die-cutting machine.

We have a variety of colours and strengths of foam available, ranging from soft to semi-solid black synergy foam to the specialist grades such as anti-static and more.
